CANCELLATION POLICY

we operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation within 24 hours must be made via the studio and will incur a £5 cancellation fee.

Any no shows will be charged the full cost of the class plus a £5 missed class charge.

private parties, tuition.

private tuition must be paid for in advance via PayPal or bank transfer. no refunds unless the instructor cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.

if a private/party needs to cancel they may change their slot to another time once only.

if a private/party fails to turn up they forfeit any money paid for the class/party.

parties must be paid in full the day before the party  or earlier.

loyalty cards and memberships 

loyalty cards and memberships are non refundable, but the may be passed on or sold to someone else.

students may sign up for a 6 month or years standing order (one months notice to cancel, students will be liable for 40% of the remaining contract)

student discount is on the all access membership only.

under the new data protection regulations (gdpr-may 2018) we ensure that any data provided by you is held securely and is not distributed to 3rd parties.

sometimes we take photos and videos for the website, instagram, and facebook, if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed please make sure you inform the instructor and other students. we respect our right to privacy.

any breakages must be paid for, the studio is not liable if any student or instructor is daft enough to leave something valuable in the studio and  it is damaged. 

do not leave glasses or phones on the floor.
