We offer a wide range of classes from beginner to competition level in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere with fully qualified and insured instructors.
We aim to deliver a fun, alternative type of exercise with friendly instructors and small classes to ensure a more personal experience.

Adult classes
We offer classes in Aerial hoop, Aerial Hammock, Pole fitness, Pole Dance, Pole silks, Hand balancing and Flexibility
Childrens classes
Children's Aerial fitness classes.
From age 6 upwards.
Learn a variety of aerial skills including Aerial hoop, Trapeze, Pole silks, Lollipop Lyra and Aerial pole.
Private tuition & Parties
We love a party at the studio, chose what you want to do and for how long. We tailor packages to you to ensure you have the best time and take away some precious memories.
