OUR POLE FITNESS CLASSES ARE BASED ON THE STUDIOS POLE SYLLABUS.
LEVEL 1 IS BEGINNERS AND ONLY BEGINNER MOVES ARE SHOWN.
ALL STUDENTS MUST START AT THIS LEVEL, THIS IS TO ENSURE A GOOD BASE KNOWLEDGE OF THE MOVES, SPINS, COMBO'S AND STRENGTHENING MOVES.
LEVEL 5 IS AN INVITE LEVEL ONLY. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE STUDENT HAS THE NECESSARY STRENGTH REQUIREMENTS TO ATTEND THIS CLASS. PLEASE ASK YOUR INSTRUCTOR OR MESSAGE US FOR MORE DETAILS ON SUITABILITY.

A 45 MINUTE CLASS CONCENTRATING ON JUST ONE OR TWO MOVES OR A PARTICULAR COMBO OR TRANSITION.
NOT SUITABLE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS.

BEGINNERS INTRODUCES YOU TO THE ART OF THE LYRA.
START WITH THE BASIC MOVES, MOUNTS, COMBO'S AND CHOREOGRAPHY, BUILDING STRENGTH AND CONFIDENCE AND PROGRESS THROUGH THE LEVELS.
WE RECOMMEND YOU WEAR THICK LEGGINGS AND/OR LEG WARMERS TO PROTECT THE BACK OF YOUR KNEES.
CHAIR, FLOOR AND POLE CHOREOGRAPHY
THIS CLASS INTRODUCES YOU TO A DIFFERENT TYPE OF DANCE CLASS.
LEARN HOW TO USE A CHAIR, THE FLOOR AND THE POLE TO CREATE BEAUTIFUL, STRONG AND SEXY SHAPES.
YOU WILL LEARN AND BUILD FROM THE BASICS TO CREATE FLOWING COMBO'S AND MINI ROUTINES.
SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS UPWARDS, STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR HEELS AND BRING KNEE PADS.

THIS CLASS WILL SHOWCASE ALL TYPES OF AERIAL, FROM SILKS AND HAMMOCK TO TRAPEZE AND CUBE.
YOU WILL LEARN BASIC POSES, CLIMBS, TUMBLES AND LOCKS AND HELP YOU EXPLORE THE MAGIC THAT IS AERIAL.
FOR THIS CLASS YOU WILL NEED TO BE AT PROGRESSION LEVEL AERIAL HOOP OR LEVEL 2 IN POLE FITNESS.
APPARATUS WILL BE SET THE NIGHT BEFORE SO KEEP AN EYE ON THE FACEBOOK PAGE ON THE WEDNESDAY BEFORE FOR UPDATES ON WHAT TO WEAR ETC.
